Dormant Accounts

10% DEPOSIT STRUCTURE - Effective 1st May 2007

Effective immediately SOS has incorporated a NEW deposit bonus policy.

All deposits will still be entitled to a 10% deposit bonus. However, this bonus will now be posted to your FREE MONEY BALANCE in either the Racebook or Sportsbook. Your FREE MONEY is yours to play with. If you win a bet with your FREE MONEY, the winnings are posted to your REAL MONEY BALANCE, the free money is gone.

The bonuses will no longer be removed when you call to request a payout.

The maximum amount allowed per transaction is $1,000.00 per day. There are no fees for deposits and the first payout per month is FREE, all subsequent payouts, you pay the charges.

Getting Paid: Withdrawing from your SOS Sportsbook account

First, transfer the amount you would like from SOS Casino to SOS Sportsbook (if you need to do that) and then make a withdrawal from your SOS Sportsbook account. One payout per calendar month is free.

You can request a payout anytime, but only during normal Caribbean banking hours. (Monday through Friday, 8am to 2pm Eastern). No banks are open on Public Holidays (**see list below).

Dormant Accounts

A dormant account is an account that has had no activity, which means that no wagers have been placed for a period of 1 (one) year. All accounts that fit this criteria will be charged an administrative fee of US$1.00 per year until the account is utilized again. If there are any questions, please feel free to contact our Customer Service department at 1 800 PLAYLEGAL (752 9534)

Public Holidays

****Banks are closed for the following Public Holidays in Antigua for 2009:

New Year's Day, Good Friday (April 10th) and Easter Monday (April 13th), Labor Day (May 4th), Whit Monday (June 1st), Carnival Monday and Tuesday (August 3rd and 4th), Independence Day (1st November), National Heroes Day (9th December), Christmas Day and Boxing Day (26th Dec)

However, banks in Antigua are NOT closed for these American Holidays: Martin Luther King Day, President's Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Memorial Day (unless Whit Monday is the same day) and Thanksgiving.

Any holiday that falls on a Sunday, is observed the next day, Monday for example 1st November - Independence Day will be observed on the 2nd November.  At times additional holidays may be observed i.e: Elections or Memorials for Heads of State.
